MuftTools (mufttools.com) is a collection of 50 free online tools — no sign-up needed. Har tool muft, har waqt muft. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we do and do not handle when you use our website. If you have any questions, write to us at contact@mufttools.com.

1. The short version

We do not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no registrations, and no sign-ups on MuftTools. Every tool runs entirely inside your own web browser — the files you work with (images, PDFs, text) are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Information we do not collect

Because MuftTools requires no account, we never ask for — and never receive — the following:

The only time we receive information from you is if you choose to email us at contact@mufttools.com — in which case we see only what you include in that message, and we use it solely to reply to you.

3. How our tools work

MuftTools is a static website with no backend server processing your input. When you use a tool — for example the compressor, QR code generator, or any calculator — all computation happens locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your files never leave your device, are never transmitted over the network to us, and are never stored anywhere by us. Closing the browser tab ends the session completely.

4. Cookies and local storage

We keep tracking to an absolute minimum:

Cookies and advertising: this version of the website does not set its own cookies and does not currently display advertising. If advertising such as Google AdSense is added, advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure and personalize ads where permitted. This policy will be updated before that happens.

5. Third-party services

MuftTools loads its fonts from the Google Fonts content delivery network (fonts.googleapis.com), and several tool libraries — for example the PDF, QR code, barcode, and image-processing features — from the cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net content delivery networks. When your browser fetches these fonts and scripts, those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type, handled under their own privacy policies. These are static font and script files only — we use no ad networks and no analytics trackers.

6. Children's privacy

MuftTools is a general-audience website and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — indeed, it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, since no accounts exist. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has contacted us by email with personal details you would like removed, write to contact@mufttools.com and we will delete the correspondence promptly.

7. Data security

Because we do not collect or store your files or personal data on any server, there is no database of user information that could be breached. The website is served over HTTPS, which encrypts the connection between your browser and our hosting provider.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how MuftTools handles data — for example, by adding an optional feature that requires storing information — we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after such changes means you accept the updated policy.
